BCBA/UKBA Consultant
Rachel is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) with a passion for helping autistic children thrive. She holds a Master’s degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis from Queen’s University Belfast and began her journey in autism support back in 2005, working as an Assistant Clinical Child Psychologist in both public and private settings.
Since then, Rachel has trained with a world-renowned ABA provider and grown from therapist to supervisor, gaining extensive experience supporting children of all ages and abilities. In 2021, she began working as an independent consultant and later founded Blossoming Futures Consultancy working across Yorkshire, delivering personalised ABA services in homes and schools. Rachel is known for her thoughtful, family-centred approach and her deep commitment to helping every child reach their full potential.
Programme Supervisor
Hayley began her journey as an ABA therapist in 2018 and has been passionate about supporting autistic children and their families ever since. She is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) with a Master’s degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis and years of hands-on experience delivering and supervising ABA programmes.
With a nurturing approach and a deep belief in every child’s potential, Hayley is dedicated to creating positive, meaningful change through evidence-based ABA. She finds joy in helping children grow in confidence, learn new skills, and blossom in their own unique way.
ABA Therapist
Sabaa has been working in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) since 2018. She is passionate about supporting autistic children and those with developmental needs to achieve meaningful progress through evidence-based, individualised interventions.
With a focus on developing key skills in communication, social interaction, and daily living, Sabaa brings a nurturing and child-centred approach to her work. She values collaboration with families, schools, and other professionals to create consistency across settings and ensure every child can thrive in their own way.
ABA Therapist
Mai has been working as an ABA therapist as part of the Blossoming Futures team since 2023, bringing with her, valuable experience of working with children since 2021. She is currently completing her undergraduate degree while training to become a Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT).
With a calm, caring, and adaptable approach, Mai is passionate about building each child’s confidence and helping them discover their strengths. Mai’s goal is to nurture independence and create strong foundations for lifelong learning, supporting every child to blossom and reach their brightest future.
